Poor eating habits is a major contributing factor to the diabetes epidemic. Most new cases of Diabetes are not genetically linked. Note: there are approx. 1000 new cases of Diabetes per year in North America. Stop buying foods that are pre-made and full of preservatives--back to natural home-cooked foods not the quick and easy fix of tossing a package of something in the microwave.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Yes sort of..
As I understand it, what happens is that when your body reaches a certain weigh, different for everyone, the fat starts to interfere with the reaction between your body's insulin and sugars. This will not only make it harder for these people to lose weight but increases their chances of developing Diabetes.
If you keep to a healthy weight this wont be a problem.
There is a lot more to it than that but I'm no Doctor however my Mum started developing diabetes and she was able to lose enough weight, on a low carb diet closely monitored by her doctor, to stop it developing. She still watches what she eats and regularly checks her blood sugar just to keep an eye on it but she is fine now and Not Diabetic.

Unfortunately. Which is why the diabetes epidemic has come hand in hand with the obese epidemic. Sad, really.

Yes, it can. If you wear out your body, then it's worn out.
Eat carefully, but I think it's when you really load up yourself with sugar and carbs. A good healthy person that is carefull, doesn't have to worry.
but sugar is going to be better for you than any of those chemical alternatives out there.
