On Scheduled Tasks, what's the difference between Live Update--Norton Anti Virus and Live update?

One shows Last Run as "Never" and a Status as "Could not start".
The other shows Last Run as 3/3/06 and a status as "Could Not Start".How do I get them to run and to show the correct "Last Run" and "Status"?

Open up Norton and run Live Update. If it's not working properly delete it and reload it. That should fix it. If you still can't get it to work contact them at symantic.com
