Chances are the wireless network has security enabled, so you'll need to configure your laptop with the matching security key, so that it's allowed to access the network.

on the little icon on the bottom of the screen that says wireless try right clicking on it and clicking repair, this usualy helps.

do run cmd ipconfig /all and report what it says well dont actually tell us the ip address unless it says 0.0.0.0 just let us no if it has numbers other then zeroes.

thsi would ndicate you have a internet connection then it may be and you need check your settings

kindly go to control panel and then look for network connection, under network connection look for wireless connection right click on that one and select the properties option, on the Wireless Connection properties on the lower right hand of the properties window above the OK and Cancel button there are two check boxes.... Kindly uncheck the option that say: notify me when this connection has limitted or no connectivity, click ok and That's it!
