As someone else said...they may not have been having anal sex...and if they where so what. They are MARRIED adults and guess what....us "Old Farts" have sex too. It is not just something that is for young people you know. At least you now know that they are still in love.
My advice...don't say anything about this to ANYONE...like don't go telling your friends about it lol....your young you will get over it....and some day when your older and have your own kids....you will think back on this and remember to LOCK YOUR DOOR! lol
