I don't know if you want to learn how to remove the wheel from the bike or remove the tire from the wheel.
Remove wheel -
-Unbolt the brake caliper from the brake stay. Lift the caliper off the bike.
-Remove the bolts holding the stay to the swing arm.
-Remove the axle.
-Slide the wheel away from the final drive.
-It might be easier to get the wheel out if you let the air out of the tire.
Remove tire -
-Remove the valve core from the valve stem.
-Break the tire beads (both sides).
-Lube the tire beads (wd-40 is good) and remove the tire with tire irons.
