I'm not the one getting molested but I want to put this person in jail. What are Wisconsin laws against child molestation?

Look online and search Wisconsin law, you can also call the District Attorney's office and ask them. Or go to the police station and talk to an officer.

Child molestation is illegal in every state in the United States, including Wisconson. Child molestation is always wrong, even if it happened one time. Child molesters almost always go on molesting children for years and years never stopping until someone is brave enough like you to stop them.
The best thing to do is to go to a safe place and call the police. If you are too afraid to do this, then go to an adult you know you can trust like a parent or a teacher and tell them what is going on. If they don't take you seriously or don't do anything about it go to someone that will. Just make sure you keep yourself safe.
There's no reason not to call 911.

CALL THE POLICE! If that person really is a child molester, you have to call the police. But make sure that person really is a molester. If you can find the victim, as the child if that person has done anything.

You need to call the police and also talk to this child and see if you can get that child to talk to the police. The police can not do much if the victim does not want to cooperate. My neice and nephew were molested but because they were to afraid to talk to the police the guy went free. You also need to see about getting this child some counseling because you do not want the cycle to continue when this child gets older.

You can not let your children near him for one. For two you could send an anonymous tip to the police. (aka get hard evidence and give it to the cops) And thirdly make sure the one getting molested is against what is happening and would be willing to testify because if they dont go on the stand that mans going to be back in his house and probably not like you very much or send you birthday cards anymore.

POST THE MOLESTERS NAME AND ADDRESS IN A QUESTION THAT READS
"THIS PERSON IS A CHILD MOLESTER"
Then wait 2 weeks and call 911

Gather all the proof that you can and report it. Stay active in the case, follow up on the investigation and be willing to testify in court. It may take some of your time, but it is worth it to get these people off the street.

i don't know just like go to your lawyer and ask him or check on the internet and if he's a child molester just like get proof if you could go in the house and set up a hidden camera that would be good cause u don't want to lose like at court or something cuz u did'nt have no proof and if possible take pictures of child molested and if he was any marks on him/her take pics

I would report it to a police officer that you or your family knows to make it a little more personal for the police officer. Or just go to the cops and tell them, then they may be able to swing probable cause.
