Take them to a charity shop or put them in your recycling bin little by little.

I'm sure that you can recycle them, but It would be better to donate them to some needy families instead. Many families can't afford any luxury's, even a little luxury such as hangers.

You could send them along with the garments when you ship them. Many stores give the hangers with children's clothes because many people don't have them. You could give them to a local shelter or church group.

why dont you sell them in bundles on ebay (do a search you will find others do) I bought about 150 this way as i work in nursing home and needed some for the residents warddrobes

Donate them to your local Children's home or orphanage. Give them to salvation Army or red cross. there are many homeless shelters who are trying to find homes and supply furnishings for those less fortunate the us.

There's a site called freecycle I've found recently. Post them on it and someone will have them.
