Yes, It's called the Angel of Mercy Clinic for On-Line Interdiction. They use aversion therapy where by, every time a patient puts their hands on a keyboard, a matron, who bears a striking resemblance to Jessie Ventura, comes out and just beats the living crap out of them. It's very effective, and the survival rate is an impressive 48%.
