DON"T DO ANYTHING IF YOU"RE NOT LATE YET!!!!!!!!!! You could SERIOUSLY hurt yourself, the baby or both!!!!!!! But if you are past your due date, (and this may sound corny) but bake a cake & scrub the floors. HONEST TO GOD!!! I was a week past my due date with my daughter (2nd preg) and my grandma told me to go home, & do just that. Well... I put an apple crisp in the oven and scrubbed the kitchen floors on my hands and knees while it baked. That night, my water broke and she was born at 5:30 the next morning. Good luck to you and your baby!!!

how far along are you? I've heard of some things about tea and even some type of balm you apply after youve dialated to 2, I don't remenber the stuff in detail but go to www.pregnancyinfo.net, at the top click on forums then go to labor and I beleive they talk about it all in that section good luck!!

If you 're in the last 2 weeks of your pregnancy (38+ weeks) you can do the following:
Have LOTS of sex. Sperm has a component in it that helps efface your cervis.
Walk. Walk. Walk some more. The more you walk, the better.

That baby will come when it's ready. Don't rush it! There isn't much you can do anyway...
