I doubt it. They are allowed to hit 100MPH so they can catch people speeding or atleast that is their excuses. How many times have I been driving & seen a police car beside me sitting impatiently in traffic & then put on his sirens to avoid bumper to bumper madness? TOO many times. I have seen a lot of policemen drive, never heard of one killing women and children. Where did you get your statistics.

Because you're an idiot ... I lived in Vancouver for over 20 years and can remember only one incident where a police car hit another car inadvertently. No pedestrians were ever struck, unless you're stupid enough (or deaf) an dstep out in front of one in an intersection ... think about it!!!
