Can Kimi Raikkonen replace into the subsequent international champ at Ferrari? in all probability, inspite of the incontrovertible fact that that's a procedures too early to invest. enable's a minimum of wait until the 2007 automobiles are released and there's a few try mileage on them. Many a great automobile stumbled between layout and the music. This time final 3 hundred and sixty 5 days, who might have envisioned a barren 2006 season. Tyres/tires could be the great equalizer in 2007. authentic, Ferrari and the different cutting-edge Bridgestone runners could have slightly an benefit, inspite of the incontrovertible fact that, with a single tyre/tire enterprise (Bridgestone) in 2007, we are going to see a completely distinctive and particular greater reliable compound and there'll be a procedures much less tyre/tire finding out. inspite of McLaren's recent unproductive season, i do no longer think of Kimi Raikkonen has forgotten a thank you to win races and he's gifted adequate to be international driving champion, yet, even those verbose solutions by skill of his supporters won't help him except he has a great automobile and a experienced Ferrari team helping him.

Kimi Raikkonen IS going to Ferrari next season.
I believe it's sheer conjecture at this stage as to whether he'll become the next World Driving Champion.
We really don't know if Ross Brawn is taking a sabbatical or if any of Michael Schumacher's `technical team' are retiring and we don't know how good the 2007 Ferrari car will be.
Even with a disastrous 2006 at McLaren, I'm certain he hasn't forgotten how to win; after all, he was on the top step of the podium seven times in 2005.

Not a chance. After the Schumacher era, Ferrari will drop gradually down the pack. In about 3 years they will drop all the way to the lower midfield.
And, with Raikkonen's style of driving, he won't finish some of the races for the same reasons he didn't at McLaren. I don't think it was the car, I think it was his driving that let the team down.
That's why I think Renault and McLaren are going to have a run-away season next year.
And I based my answer on something said by a former driver that won the WDC twice in the red cars. Niki Lauda.

I'm sure that is Kimi's intention. It's too early to make any reliable predictions though. A lot depends on what happens over the winter. A lot depends not just on Ferrari and their staff/development, but also on external factors beyond their control...ie progress of other teams.
I'm starting to like Kimi. Being a Michael/Ferrari fan, it'll be sad to see Schumi go, but I will be rooting for Kimi from next year. I heard that he was interviewed recently and was asked who he thought will win this year's driver's title. His response, given in his typical monotonic and blunt style, was "I don't care"....I like that attitude!

He has at least as good a Chance as anybody, and better than most.
He will start with an advantage over most teams because Ferrari already have a special relationship with Bridgestone, and all cars will be on Bridgestones next year.
He will be in a team which is on top, and he obviously is very quick.
I'd bet on him over Alonso, based on car reliability.

kimi raikkonen is the future champion dudes !!
kimi is brutally fast and always unlucky....Mclaren couldnt provide him reliable cars and this is the reason for this abysmal performance this season....but he is goddd
he rules f1 and ferrari obviously is the most glamoroes ,financially strong , good team unit...so kimi will just shine there...just like
sir michael schumacher !!!
just watch him...kimi raikkonen is gonna burn the track.....god

We won't really know the answer to that one until next year.
Other than being a good driver, Schumacher has built a strong team around himself that's suited to him. The car is suited to his driving style and everything work for him. Now he's going and Kimi's falling into a team tailored for a Schumacher.....
