Both the Jags and Chargers are on the road against their opponents. Winning on the road is difficult in the NFL, no matter who you're playing but it's normally harder for the offense to operate, not the defense. The Jags are locked up against Washington. With Portis back and Brunell coming off a career performance look for Washington to put up a fight. As for the Chargers, if they weren't coming off a bye week this would be a no brainer. They've let up one (1, uno) touchdown in their two games. Lets be honest though, against Oakland and Tennessee I think that a Ohio St.'s D could shut them down. The Jags showed up against Dallas and Pittsburgh and went into Indy and put up a fight against Manning and Co.

S.D. vs. Baltimore will be a defensive battle. Jags vs. Skins will be a better ballgame. If S.D. isn't coming off a bye week you put them in their. Jags D is healthy and formitable. Brunell can't hold a candle to Manning. Take the Jags and watch Skins be frustated on offensive all game.

I think that the San Diego Chargers would have a better start on defense than the Jacksonville Jaguars.
