We use www.icelolly.com for our Cuba holidays, as yet they haven't much on that is at bargain prices, but they will have by Christmas if your prepared to wait, we got our last holiday in Cuba with them for less than £600 each for 2 weeks all inclusive in a four star hotel, good luck.

I would try booking with a travel agent that specializes in the Caribbean. Try calling a travel agent in Toronto or London.

Travel during Easter isn't cheap. So I'm sorry, but depends on your definition of deals you might not get what you are hoping for.
Best advice I can give is book in advance as in start looking now then you will get better prices as opposed to waiting.
