If u have looked at all fabric stores and Wal-Mart does have a section on fabrics/patterns then no luck here is an idea. Try to find a pattern for kids and just do the measurements for the an adult size. Couldn't be any more difficult than having no pattern idea at all. If u find none then get a great pic of both and start by scratch. Most fabric places are seamstress, bring in picture and then should be able to give u a heads up on how much material(get size of the people who will be wearing them) and all other materials that u need. If u cannot do this yourself then get someone to make them for u. Have u tried and adult costume store for either of these. No harm in looking but Good luck and Happy Halloween.

I would use all felt. cut it out yourself and decorated S.B. with spots of a different color and maybe eyeholes and armholes if you want it over your head. Cut Patrick out of pink felt and make a star. You don't need a pattern, just a picture and you can do it yourself.

you might be able to make it yourself just find some yellow material and sew it then stuff it a tad with padding or fluff then draw black spots randomly all on the material may be cheaper than buying the costume
