Pantyhose that are "sheer to waist" style without a crotch piece sown into them. But why would anyone do that? Just wash them out.

Yes and no.
You *can* but it makes no difference. The only way somebody would notice is if the toe seam is visible through open toed shoes, or if they have a tag *and* it sticks out (which, if you pay attention to how you dress, shouldn't happen in the first place).

If you mean front-to-back instead of inside-out, then most of the time it doesn't matter. Generally it's only the plus sizes that have an extra panel sewn in the back which would make them non-reversible front-to-back...inside-out would still be possible.

well...yeah. but be careful to cut off the tag so it doesn't stick out.
