Have a yard sale. Don't ask too much for them as most people have DVD's now so there's not much interest in VCR tapes.

Dude. The best way to get money out of your used VCR tapes is to learn to juggle them while they are on fire. Then...and only then...will you hope to make any coin from used VHS tapes.
Perhaps you can also sell your Beta tapes while you're at it, along with your 8 tracks, pong machine, sun dial, and other highly marketable items.

The best way I've found is either ebay.com or take them to a pawn shop, and if you really wanna try to get rid of them you could have a garage sale.
