First off, go rent the movie, it is a marvelous movie.
Two, I try to pay it forward every single day, whether
it is smiling at someone who looks haggard, or opening
a door for an elderly person, saying hello to everyone I
pass or much bigger things, I try to do something each day.

It's a wonderful movie, and yes, I try to help people when I can. Sometimes a kind word can do wonders. A smile, holding a door for someone, it doesn't always have to big or grand, little things mean a lot too.

I get it and sort of watched most of the movie.
I wish more people would try that. It would be good. One person helps you, you help three people. Those three people each help three other people.

I can do that.

Today I cannot, but I have plans to do so later in the week. I am limited in what I am able to do for others, but I do what I can.
