I agree totally. I can barely stand to read the books about the wars because they are so full of lies. I think that's exactly what the US did on 9/11. The citizens should be PISSED off with what the government did to them on that day. But instead it's history and just like the holocaust people believe that there were like 6 MILLION people murdered. Of course some were but 6 million Jews? What was the world population back then anyways??!!

You are correct, misdirection is a huge concern, so one has to examine the evidence logically.

On the surface, it really does appear that the 9/11 attacks were perpetrated by Muslim extremists. When you dig a little deeper, it even has a lot of the markings of other attacks perpetrated by Muslim extremists. Dig even farther, and you find Muslim extremists actually claiming responsibility for it.

Then, on the other hand, you have people in this country who claim that George Bush was behind it. Dig a little into who makes those claims, and you find the same people who say that Clinton's impeachment was because of the Republican preoccupation with sex, but that's simply false. Dig a little more and you find that it's the same people who claim that the USSC appointed GWB in 2000, even though reading the eight pages of the four opinions of the USSC and the FSC (which are easily found on the 'net) shows that this is simply false.

Yes, misdirection is a political tool to control the masses. Who is producing the false information, and why? Why do you believe them?

No, but the GOP is sure willing to exploit it to justify a phoney war.
Still it happened on Bush's watch. To Open4one: I don't suscribe to the 9/11 conspiracy theory, but Bush WAS appointed by a 5/4 split of the USSC in 2000. This was not an election: it was a right wing coup. Legal opinions are ( sometimes ) not worth the paper they are written on. Read the minority opinion too while you're at it. You are attempting to legitimize the outright theft of the presidency

No. It was a plan by Bin Laden that succeeded beyond his wildest dreams. No conspiracy at all.
