i think i have removed a program that caused my task bar and icons to disappear from the screen of my monitor.

you have closed the explorer.exe open the task bar and cilck new task and typ explorer.exe then press enter

I'm not sure exactly what your problem is... is this for your browser? or your desktop icons disappearing?

Not knowing exactly what you mean... maybe you have logged into a different account or profile. Check your web browser settings. Try uninstallling or reinstalling that software back. There should be a 'default' button somewhere you can click to get things back to normal.

try to right click your desktop...
dn point to arrange icons

dn click, show desktop icons....

start-run-explorer.exe should load everything in ok
