In many places you do need a license. Check with your local DMV. I visited Canada (BC) and did not need a motorcycle license there to ride a motorscooter since it was under a certain CC. The state that I come from would make you have an endorsement to ride any motorized vehicle on the street..

in case you're gonna journey on public roads, you want: a million. a bike endorsement on your drivers license 2. bike coverage 3. license plates Who advised you an L decal could artwork?? in case your human beings get pulled over via the cops, the L ain't gonna shrink it.
