Give her the number to the suicide help line and move on. This is not a healthy relationship for you and you need to cut ties. You can't blame yourself for anything she does, because it sounds like she was pretty messed up before you met her. Good Luck!

Run like hell... refer her to a psychiatrist... tell her her life choice is not your problem, and you are not to blame... tell her to have no contact with you and if she does, file a restraining order on the basis she has threatened to hurt herself and is a danger to herself and others. Have her admitted to the third floor, suicide watch.

Get away from her. She is trying to blackmail you emotionally. Anyone who threatens suicide to control you is mentally unstable. Drop her immediately. Call the police if she threatens to harm herself. They will handle it.
