I can't believe nobody said Denny Hamlin or Tony Stewart! I would want to be one of their crewcheifs! It's be so fun! Who doesn't love those adorable Joe Gibbs boys??!

Definently Dale Earnhardt, Jr. There is the challange of having the ups and downs but also having a great crew and fan base to keep supporting the team. Not to mention that him being handsome helps in the decision making process.
