not a divorce, but an enalment? I need to know how to spell enalment.

annulment meaning void or null.
An annulment can be approved on various conditions. it depends on the laws of the State that you are in. You can get one if you did not consummate the marriage ( did not have sex) . or someone is already married, etc. Go to the courthouse in your state and find out.

You can always get an divorce either contested or uncontested. Divorce is the termination of a legal status where an annulment establishes the fact that the marriage never existed in the first place, and is usually a religious thing and may not always be granted.

You also don't know how to spell marriage. Guess you where to young to marry. If you had sex you can't get an annulment.
