I need to know how to change a voice file into an MP3!I need to know this to make a podcast so please help me.

By 'voice file' I'm assuming you mean .wav.

There are lots of shareware and freeware things available.

Try http://www.mp3convertors.com for starters.

Right Click -> Open with -> Select Program -> Save it. Also, Opening any Picture photo with MS Paint, you'll be able to shop as just about any structure, whilst you hit "shop as" then opt for from the drop down record.

Try looking up converters, like wav to mp3, rm to mp3, wma to mp3 ect. I use it all the time.
