For sure. I think the UV rays are even stronger. You dont notice it until your already burnt up. I was laying out over the summer & so frustrated because the sun kept going behind clouds so I layed out longer since I wasnt getting any sun. That night I was burnt to a crisp.

your more likely to get burnt on a cloudy day because the rays are still coming threw the clouds.

i read somewhere that its actually the worst time to get one because on a sunny day you can feel it coming on and do something about it like go inside or something but on a cloudy day ..one doesn't know what's going on too quick and stays outside longer..

It Depend upon the kind of skin u have....But i think not on a cloudy day skin tans..........it do sumtimes....if u wanna prevent it then try out using sunscrens...!

Yes you can, UltraViolet light can go through clouds and give you one heck of a sunburn.

Yes. The UV rays that tan and burn come right through the clouds. You just don't realize it until you come home and see how red you are.

Yes. If it is a particularly breezy day one can also get a windburn.
This is why it is important to use a sunblock every day!
