Try this...Reboot your computer and AS IT IS BOOTING UP, repeatedly push the CD eject button until the tray opens. This has worked for me a couple times.

There should be an emergency release button on the front of the cd on your computer. Simply get a paperclip, or even the back of an earing and hit the button. It is a very tiny hole with a button in it. The cd will pop right out.

There should be a small hole on the face of the CD Drive, below the tray. Take a paper clip and unbend it. Stick it in the hole and push until the tray opens up.

That is the manual release hole.

The computer does not have to be on for this procedure.

You can easily use a paper clip to eject your CD_ROM drive manually.Make the paper clip, straight and push it into the small hole near the tray of you drive.OK repeat this to open.It is better that your computer be turned off before doing so.
Good Luck

Do you have a CD burning software? Try using the EJECT feature in that.
