You can definitely get suspended from YAT from point gaming -- even if you're at the top of the leaderboard.

Here's a thread on the forum about the Yahoo Answers Team suspending one of the top 15 global leaders for point gaming

He may be the #1 in a non-US leaderboard and in the top 15 in the global leaderboard, but he's been giving non-answers simply to rack up points. Now he's suspended.

But if you have accounts with other Yahoo products, you can still use it. If you go to the forum, there are users there who have been suspended from YA but can still use their emails and forums and other Yahoo products (just not YA)

Basically, no! Accounts, e-mails, and other stuff, like memberships to different website, would net be affected by any actions on other websites that you have done. Its all a matter of servers. If all the accounts you have is on one server, like yahoo for example, and yahoo finds that they have warrant to delete everything you've got, then boom everything is gone. Otherwise their is no way!
