Th windows have lost their "seal". There is no way "you" can fix it. It will have to fixed by a professional window company. The windows are sealed at the factory. If that seal gives out, it allows moisture in between the panes. They will have to be re-sealed.

Condensation forms in double glazing because the vacuum between the two pieces of glass has been broken. The only solution is unfortunately to replace the window unit.

This is very common when double glazing is 10 - 15 years old, it happens because the seals have broken. you can replace the seals but this is only a tempory solution. It pays to replace the whole unit

I assume you mean glaze between your double-paned window. If so, the seal is broken and the only thing to do is replace the pane.

You haven't mentioned if you paid to have the sealed units put in, or how old they are. If you did pay for them recently, check your guarantee/warranty some suppliers give up to 10yr, but you need to check. Otherwise there are only two things you can safely do, replace the seal or replace the complete sealed unit.

I am afraid you will find the sealed unit has broken down. The unit will need replacement. If its UPVC, you can have the beading removed and the rubber seal replaced. Either way, there's no easy quick fix I am afraid.

get in touch with whoever installed the windows as they usually covered by warranty and they will be able to re-seal them for you. this is something you cant do yourself as in between these two panes is a gas called argon which isnt available to just anyone

Sorry, your window has blown and needs replacing. You could see if it's any cheaper to have it reglazed instead of trashing what you've got and starting again.
