I tried using nail polish remover but it spoiled the acrylic, I was so sad you know cos the acrylic was initially clear and transparent now a bit of it is smeared. I've tried putting it in water but it can't come off. Please help me get rid of these unslightly tape marks without hurting the plastic!

May I know how to repair the smeared bit to change it back to how it was previously?

Simple Rubbing Alcohol. Look in your medicine closet. Strong enough to remove tape, but will not damage acrylic.

I use DAP Contact adhesive remover. It works great on just about anything. Nail polish remover has too much acetone in it.
