Several question have been asked by a few Republicans......DEFENDING the action of Mark Foley. WHY?

Where are those questions, I havent seen any of them.If your talking about Shiraz, save your breath..Foley should be hung by his nutzs as should anyone who's done what he has..
At least you kept it to "some"..

Because Foley is but the Tip of the Iceberg. I'd say 40% of the Republicans are homos and/or pedophiles. Probably the same for the Democrats.

I don't defend any sleazy child pervert. I do see why some OTHER Republicans might not have forced an investigation when the parents of the youth in question asked them not to, although I think maybe the guy who ran the page service might have had a duty there, to future pages.

We are not defending a child pervert. After we see ALL of the evidence, then we will convict him just as fast as any one else, if guilty. Last I heard, news reporters do not constitute a court of law......
We are defending his right to not be branded a molestor until it is PROVEN. So many people jump to conclusions and assume before they know ALL of the facts/evidence.
If he DID do what he is accused of, then fry him like every other sicko, regardless of party affiliation.

I don't defend him but the liberal Demo's are going to take this and make it such a big circus that they will ignore their own dirty doers. Foley is only one man but the liberal Demo's want to kill kids thru abortion, embyonic stem cell research, and take the chance of exposing kids to the same thing by allowing gay marriages and rights. And they will also forget about the victims of this terriable thing by exploiting it for their cause. No he's wrong for doing it.

Well, Golly , Gee !!
Clinton took liberties with a female page and that was a private matter . Barney Frank is openly Queer and that's fine .
Seems like a double standard to me .
Any politician who uses his office to get sexual favors should be Thrown out and all his benefits canceled .

I haven't heard of anyone defending that sleazebag. All I've herad is a whole bunch of CYA. this is one of those rare times when I am ashamed of the actions of some of my fellow republicans. they're acting just like Democrats for crissakes!

It's being used as a weak counter argument for Liberals' stance on gay rights. Emphasize the word WEAK. (Mostly by one individual on here).
