Keep a steady pace and keep up on your toes. We have to do this for soccer, too.

Get on your toes and take short, fast steps. The goal is to get up the hill fast because it makes your legs tired whether you take 30 seconds to sprint up it or 1:30 to walk up it. Either way your going to be tired, so you just have to push, get on your toes so you don't lose traction so easily. Just hang in there because chances are there is a downhill on the other side where you can just open up your stride, taking long steps that don't take up much enery since your going downhill, and you'll recover.

I don't care who you are it's harder to run up hill than it is to run on a flat surface or down hill. Just pace yourself at a slower rate when going up hill.

Yes, 10mins of warm up. Stretching exercises, running on the spot, skipping, a little aerobics, just warm up, it will help
