Probably to draw attention away from the fact that liberals have no new ideas and are incapable of rational duiscussion.

I don't think the issue is so much whether one individual talk show host is biased.
What matters is if all the news and talkshows are biased. I have been in some countries were 98% of the media were right wing pro government to the point of ridiculousness - accusing the left wing opposition of being sexually deviant, refusing to report homicide statistics when they hit record highs - instead highlighting that the government had cracked down on contraband cheese.
IF this is the only sort of information that people can get - especially people that can't afford the internet then it is a big problem.
I don't know how true it is, but the USA has a very bad reputation internationally for screening biased, spin doctered news and talk show hosts. Fox TV coverage of the War in Iraq and talk show hosts are studied as case in points in universities in the UK to talk about media bias and misreporting.

Because the last thing liberals want is for the real truth to get out to the people. They're furious that their decades-old control of the American media has sprung some serious leaks. From FOX News to Talk Radio to the Internet their long-standing web of lies and deceit is being de-constructed piece-by-piece.
And their squeals of protest is music to my ears!

Because liberals only believe in free speech when you agree with them. "Political Correctness" is the greatest example of this. Also "Speech Codes" now being implemented at many schools and "hate crimes" that are being enacted in most jurisdictions

Talk show hosts are bias, and no need for investigation.

Why do you ask a question like this without providing any kind of example? It makes your whole premise pretty meaningless.
