I have a clothes factory/tailor shop. I am thinking of offering bespoke tailored suits direct to the public in polyester, cation, viscose & wool mixes. The customer would take there own measurements using a template and we would mail them in 3-4 weeks. I was thinking of a price of US$150 worldwide inc P&P. Is that too much or too little? Is it a reasonable time to wait? We will have a website but would partys work aswell?

Given that it is a bespoke suit, i take it that it will be well cut and with the usual refinements expected of a quality suit, i.e, working buttons on the sleeves, vented at the back etc. $150 is not a lot of money for a good suit i would expect to pay more for a quality suit although yours would not be made to measure in the traditional sense i would have concerns that it would fit when i received it so i hope your template is up to snuff and takes into account that the general public make simple mistakes.
All that being said, i would have thought £250 to £300 GBP was nearer the mark. I would also suggest you target legal professionals as they buy two and three piece suits for work and like quality. They tend not to buy from high street stores in my experience save people like marks and spencers who have an eye for the market and what business people like to wear.
Another concern i would have is the material. As i would not be able to feel the cloth or see it except online, i would have concerns that i would not get what i think i have ordered and recive a cheap shiney suit. No doubt you have considered this.
You could do roadshow visits to the heart of the business communities to encourage people to take up your offers. I always see an advertisement in a professional magazine i receive advising me that a certain tailor will be at a particular venue - i.e a conference room at a hotel in town - where you can order suits directly and your measurements taken for future orders. A good idea i think? You would then get repeat online orders doing this and word of mouth from satisfied customers. You can also road test your template to iron out any faults.
Sounds like a good idea though and good luck with it.

That sound very reasonable to me. The quality of the cloth is an important determinant of the price. I buy male suits off the rack at a sale price of below $200.00. Good luck with your business.

$150 is about £90, for a tailor bespoke suit i dont know what your overheads are. you pay that for a pair of jeans in England
