You should have an anti-spyware solution on your computer. I recommend that you go to http://www.download.com and get AD-AWARE and SpyBot Search & Destory. Install, run, update and scan your computer with both programs.
AD-AWARE scans files, while S & D scans and protects your registry. This double whammy will help keep you safe and running faster.

Do you mean "anti-spyware"?
Spybot and AdAware. I install both on my customer's computers, and when combined with a good AV, it rocks. My customers don't have spyware problems.
Also, switch to Firefox (over IE6).

The best is called superantispyware. It will remove any and all spyware. It is VERY effective and it is free.
