I usually hear this sound in my knees. I guess it has something to do w/ cartilage. But, recently I've noticed that I'm hearing the same sound when turning my head to the right. I can even feel a "click into place" slight pain. It's not really painful, but noticeable. Could this be serious? Dangerous?

It sounds to me as if your vertebrae aren't aligned. The odds are that they won't go back in place without help. Did you have a recent fall and has this been going on after the fall. If you have, go to emergency. Your neck could be broken. Otherwise, I would recomment seeing a good holistic chiropractor. The longer you let this go on, the longer it is going to take to fix it. Plus, you are not going to get better. It will get worse as pinched nerves are aggravated. The nerves are pathways to other areas in the body and can make another area weak.

Have you been watching the movie " sleepy hollow " lately...lol.. No, but seriousely... consult a physician and describe the symptoms to him or her.. it is always better to check something out at the on set rather then waiting.. good luck and don't be afraid of the doctor, they are there for you..
