Under your e-mail, pick options, pick block scam e-mail, type in scam.com, this has seemed to help me. Try that. If you have yahoo e-mail, adjust your spamguard. You can delete all unwanted e-mails before they arrive.

Unfortunately there is no way to stop it reliably. As long as there are morons out there willing to buy crap from spammers, the spam will continue.
Any time you post your e-mail address in a forum or chat board or provide a link in some place like My Space, you're providing an open invitation to the spammers to flood your inbox.
Whatever you do, do NOT unscubcribe to spammers' lists! That only verifies that the e-mail address is valid and guarantees that the volume will increase. I'm an e-mail admin for a large company and we've set up a number of spam trap mailboxes. Within a couple of weeks of seeding that address on a single unscubscribe link the junk mail starts to arrive. As time passes the volume steadily increases.

You need to stop putting your e-mail address on the web. And on each e-mail look for a link to be taken off their mailing list.

My boyfriend kept putting his email out there, not realizing it would be passed around. I systematically unsubscribe to each one. It is tedious, but if you do it for a while, you will notice it will become less and less. The ones that tell you that you have to write to them, I just block those.
Be sure when you do unsubscribe, if they have a link to unsubscribe to all of their affiliates, do that too. It will usually give you this option after you unsubscribe to them first.
Good luck!
