Problem 1-He doesn't ejaculate in her.

Problem 2-It takes the male body up to 72 hours to completely replenish the sperm supply.

Problem 3-Most women are only fertile 2-3 days per month, and they may not be having sex on that day.

The first step, with this particular problem, is for him to stop ejaculating elsewhere. The sperm needs to be inside her vagina to find it's way to an egg.

The second step is for her to determine when she is ovulating. This can be done with ovulation prediction tests or simpler methods such as taking her temperature everyday.

The third step is for them to stop having sex about 3 days before she becomes fertile, and then have sex only once or twice during her most fertile time. Having sex more than a couple of times is rather pointless, unless they just want to do it, as the sperm supply has not yet been replenished.

Good luck!

Well for one thing he needs to ejaculate in her to get her pregnant.

Having sex more than once a day is actually not a good idea. It does not give him enough time to produce more sperm. It would be better once a day or once every few days.

What is with them having lots of sex and then down to just a few times a month? It doesn't really sound like he wants to have a baby with her.

good lord me and my sister dont ever talk about that stuff.. but anyhow
what is she doing wrong?? nothing.. if he doesnt want a kid he doesnt want a kid
she can still get pregnant even if he doesnt ejaculate inside her and he needs to know that so he doesnt accuse her of cheating if she gets pregnant at some point
if he doesnt want a kid she should not be pushing for it... rather they need to come together at some point and plan ahead for when they do want kids.. buy a home first is #1 step

From what i can make out from the question- she's trying too hard. Tell both of them to relax, and it'll happen.
Actually, i'm sailing in the same boat. Me and my husband are trying too, but no luck so far. Its easier said than done. But, this is the way it works.
All the best for your sister.

She is not doing anything wrong...he is though. He kindof needs to ejaculate inside her for the whole pregnancy thing to work. Tell them to keep trying...do diffrent positions (all that require her on her back). Send them to
www.babiesonline.com
That site has a whole lot of trying to convieve advice.
From how to plan around when you ovulate to what positions will help you concieve.

They might need to get tested to make sure they both can have children. If everything is alright then they may just need to relax and make sure they don't try so hard. This is a wonderful time for them and they don't want it to end up feeling like a job.

it is important for her to have an orgasm. i seen on this doco
that when a women orgasms it a weird organ type thing like a trunk that comes down and dips into the area and takes it up further to the eggs. this is probably the best way i can discribe it cause it looked like something out of alien.

Well first of all he needs to let his sperm go her way, before it will happen. Some folks do the pull out method, and still thinks they will get pg, only if your not trying then will that work.
Good luck to your sister
