Because of design in our brain chemistry
and how we sense the perceptions of experience
and how one processes the information within
our own individual psychologies of which we are
all different in processing the perceptions of experience
yet the same in the building blocks of our biological blueprint
of which in some people this chemical arrangement can
be off set from discrepancies in serotonin, dopamine and
other neurotransmitters which regulate our behavior and
mood.

There are many different reasons .... naturally moody, chemical imbalance in the brain, PMS, etc. Recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder, I'm learning so much about my moods and the triggers that cause my mood swings. Lack of food, sleep, low or high blood sugar levels. There are so many reasons. Go to www.webmd.com or the American Psychological Association website to research. There are many websites on bipolar disorders or various types of depression. It's an interesting topic.

people having not so great opinion about themselves , either in ability or conviction , often have moods like a swing . But if we exclude the people who are experiencing the effects of chemicals on their brain , more often than not these are genuinly honest people entertaing certain doubts over their past thoughts or action .

Its because, we dont get what we expect & so we become sad.
If we want permanant happiness we should keep on doing what we should do & dont expect anything from it.
