Some kind of advert in a local newspaper would probably be in order I should think. From what I've seen after googling "Princess 32", this craft is hardly that big and has only five berths, so "crew" is laying it on a bit thick - just some sort of experienced mariner who knows what they are about. One professional is enough. Either that, or hand around outside the Plymouth Powerboat School (www.powerboatschool.com) and see if you can press-gang anybody. You could always sign up for a course yourself!

I have my doubts whether you are a bona-fida member with this question. You own a boat but no mariners ticket?. Buy some marine charts (if you can read them the right way round!!). You don't need any professional seadogs , just someone who has common sense and knows the ropes. I bet you are a 'landlugger' at heart and a would-be weekend seafarer. Don't go out any further than the harbour breakwater.

You are hardly likely to find one in a sailing centre.
Try the local professional fishermen, they know everything about an area. A word of warning though.
Don't forget you will have them for two weeks or more and you don't yet know them or will do until you start.
PS. I hope it is a seagoing boat?
