Yes, you are stressed out. When you get like that, take a breather and do something you enjoy. When you are calmed down get back to studying. Also, you may want to see if you are taking on too much and need to slow down.

You are stressing. But don't worry what you need to do is take 5min sit down upright with your back straight, make an ok sign with both your hand and breath in counting 1 to 8 at your own paise. Then hold it for 4 count and breat out with 8 counts. Do this about 5 time and you can feel better. Relax between the breaths.
Take time off sometimes and do something fun. It helps alot.

It happens to a lot of people who care about school and their grades. You're stressed but it's better to care about knowing the material than to not know the material.
So, when you're studying, you should take littlle breaks inbetween so you don't get so frustrated. Sometimes it's not so helpful to just keep sitting there for a long duration. Develop some good study habits.

yes it could be u stressed out too much abt it. It also maybe u dont like or didn't get the answers to the subject u were studying. It can also be u are missing someone.....it means many things...:)

No, even though you might not realize it sometimes there are underlying problems\worries and they all caught up with you at one time. Having a good cry can really make you feel allot better, as odd as it may seem.

Oh.. without doubt you are stressed about school... You know.. if your teachers are any good at all.. I would definitely talk to them about it.. If they are intelligent, they would be able to give you some good ideas on how to UNSTRESS yourself.... It is important that you NOT be stressful about school

you just need to calm down and relax. when you feel overwhelmed like that, stop and take a breather. i know it is hard to stop when you are involved but if you don't it will just make it so much worse.

yes you are worrying about it to much to ease your pain go shopping with your girlfriends or do something to get your mind off of it.
