Who should start this investigation? If found that the president has taken us to war for his or his friends personal gain, what should be done about it?

I'm ALL FOR investigating our ENTIRE GOVERNMENT.

The "War on Terror" is one big lie, and is being fought against U.S. citizens, not terrorists. If it were really about terrorism, we'd be in a war with Pakistan where the Taliban and Al Queda are currently centered, and not in Iraq, which had no connection to Osama, WMD's, or 9-11.

The Patriot Act and legislation passed the other day regarding torture have vaguely redefined "terrorist" to easily include any U.S. citizen who practices free speech and right to dissent, and can be labeled an "enemy combatant". That person would then be subject to this new legislation, and denied access to our judicial system.

We are very succinctly, legally, and quickly, being converted into a dictatorship.

Supporter's of Bush are loyal only to him, and traitors to everything America has always stood for, and 200 years of the freedom and liberty our soldiers and forefathers have given their lives for. These legislations are aimed at nothing but quelching dissent, and shifting power away from the people to empower the President. Our forefathers VERY CLEARLY warned us, and wrote the Constitution to protect us, from this very thing. FOR GOOD REASON.

For 1/2 this country, apparently "reason" has gone out the window. This isn't about Dem's VS Rep's, it's about a tyrant redefining America, and turning it into a dictatorship. Nothing he has done protects us from terrorism. His legislations protect government from US, and us from NOTHING.

Half of America smugly, and traitorously, applauds him. THeir self-righteous ignorance will take us all to hell.

Yes, Yes, and Triple YES!!! And not only with respect to the war in Iraq, but that would be a start. We should demand our congressional leaders to launch an investigation into ALL allegations against this administration. The democratic process provides for us to make this petition, which has been made but our so-called "free press" does NOTHING to further that cause. In a very short time, the next crisis will hit (October Surprise) and Dubya will institute Marshall Law, and America as we've known her and loved her will be a dead duck (another one of Cheney's "hunting accidents")

No.

This is the reason I left the Democratic party. Insane ranting and screeching the same old garbage over and over and over.

Instead of this garbage, what can the Dems offer us in the way of solutions. I am still waiting to hear some. BTW, I hate Bush is not a answer.

Do you really think everything he does is not “under investigation” before he does it? Do you think he got us in Iraq by himself? Where was congress? Should they be investigated as well? Where does all this stop? I think I have seen your question about 100 times week.

the President went to war on the intelligence he had.The democrats had the same intelligence and voted the same.the democrats voted to go to war as well.the difference is because the war is not going as well as hoped they want to cowardly back out and pretend they had nothing to do with it and blame the republicans for everything.the democrats want us to lose the war.the republicans will win it despite the democrats cowardice.
