I'm going to join this UN-like conference that schools in my country are organising and i have to wright a 300 word essay on why i want to do this. I'm really stuck cos i've never done this sort of thing do u guys have any ideas of how to make this essay stanfd out, original?

Just speak to why you personally have an interest in such a thing-draw upon events from your childhood that perhaps inspired you to take in interest in international meetings. If you really don't find the idea too exciting, take that angle and explain why you think it might be less than successful.

The UN should outlaw war. This can be done by imposing severe penalties on a world leader who starts a war. This leader should be removed from office and imprisoned. A UN force may be used if necessary. Also the warring country should suffer penalties such as no trade nor travel by its citizens for 20 years. Stiff penalties are needed to avoid war.

1. Try using a spell checker... use good grammar... don't use words like "cos"... You know, the way that your English teacher says you're supposed to write?
2. I can't put thoughts into your head if you don't have them there. If you don't want to do this, then you're stuck at that point.
3. I don't think that this kind of essay is a "Stand-out" kind of assignment... it's a "start thinking" assignment.

check records of former George Bush or Sadam Husein speaches at passed UN summit and follow one of them's theme to make your essay...depending on which one of them you prefer as a politician
