I am in my first lesbian relationship. I have felt this way all my life, and because of the way I was raised I never acted on it. I have met this women and i am in love with her. I find myself thinking of her all the time. We make each other so happy and want to get married. I just need to know where and what do we need.

Gay marriage is legal in Massachusetts currently. Whether or not a marriage performed there will be recognized as legal in another state is dependent upon the laws of the second state. Just this week there was a court ruling that a marriage performed in Mass. was legal in Rhode Island since Rhode Island's marriage laws did not expressly prohibit it. See:

This question will need to be decided in court for each state from which a couple comes to Mass. for the ceremony if they are not going to remain in Mass.

You can Marry her Anywhere !! Marriage is for the two of you to stand before your God and vow to stay true to one another. F the State ! You wanna be Legal ?..get what they call a "Partnership Agreement"..anybody can do it..its the same as the paper you get when you "Marry"..everything you own together is split if you dont make it .
