So, I assume you're talking about WHEN during your menstrual cycle.

The answer would be during ovulation, roughly 14 days after menstruation.

If you want to get pregnant, and when u realize u've conceived- that's when u'll call ur previous menstrual cycle the best. By analogy, u'll call it the worse if u didn't want to, and still do conceive.
However, just chart your cycles, and check the pattern. Then, u'll know ur fertile period when chances of ur getting pregnant are maximum. So, even if u r irregular with ur cycle right now, work towards making it regular. Diet, exercise, stress- free healthy living- all contribute towards this. And, you should be able to conceive soon.

To conceive after you finish your menstrual cycle that means your bleeding period, 5 or 7 days later starts a fertile period in which you should have a regular intercourse. keep your mind healthy and eat healthy for a better child.

the best menstrual cycle at day 14,15,16,starts from ur 1st day period.at day 14,u have chances to get baby girl.at day 15 n 16 chances 2 get baby boy is bigger.normally you'll be pregnant after 6 months with active sex activity( normally 4 times a week)

your question is not clear.
their is no best or worst menstrual cycle to get pregnent. if you are healthy all menstrual cycles are meant for pregnency.
if you want to get pregnent, you should try between 12th to 17th day after periods starts, as this is time for ovalution.
if you dont, avoid this time.

You can get pregnant anytime during the month. but it's hard.. If you want to get pregnant..

have sex the week before and after your cycle...That is when you are most likely to get pregnant..

Have no stress at the times you want to get prengnat.. Stress will stop you from getting pregnant that month...

Also, go to your doc and make sure your up to date and everything.. if your not healthy trust me. you wont be able to give birth to a kid.. and if you do get pregnant you will lose it..

My Dear, there is nothing called best menstural cycle, every menstural cycle is best to get pregnent, there is only fertile period in a menstural cycle which is roughly 13th to 17th day from the first day of menstural cycle.So if one wanna get pregnent should do regular sex in these days and by the blessing of god one can become pregnent.

what is your question? are u looking to become pregnant? if so then wait untill ur ovulating which is about 2 weeks or so before your next period. if ur not looking to get pregnant then be careful during this time. but really u can get pregnant at any time... hope this helps...
