Do something kind for them. It doesn't have to cost money either. It can be a smile, a kind word, opening the door for them, letting them go first and smiling during rush hour. Doing an anoynmous kind deed, doorbell ditching a neighbor with a treat and a note. Things like that. When you do something for someone else, it makes your own life so much richer, your problems seem to be less burdensome for awhile and it feels great.

How about:
Take a sick neighbor some soup
Take the morning paper to a shut-in
Visit a nursing home
Open the door for a mother carrying a baby
Give up your seat on the bus to an elderly person
Pick up some flowers for your momma
Hug a child
Tell your spouse you love them
Find an elderly person who lives alone and:
take them a piece of cake
sweep their porch
weed their flower bed
run an errand for them
make a "welfare check" phone call
take them to the store
go to the store for them
change their bed linens
mop their kitchen floor
do their dishes
vacuum their carpets
carry out their garbage
take them out to lunch
take lunch to them
scrub their bathtub
send them a "thinking of you" card
wash their windows
shampoo their carpet
hug them

Nothing happened today, but I got a lot of people real jumpy just now, had to walk my dog through a big crowd of Muslims shopping fro their festival.

I wss like Moses parting the Red Sea, still figuring out why they are so afraid of a little dog on a lease?

There are so many ways:
Simply smile at someone.
Give someone a helping hand.
Give them a hug.
Call someone you haven't talked to in a while and ask them if you can do anything for them.
It can be a rewarding experience to give yourself to others in a good way.
Thank you for reminding others in this way that you can be a blessing to others.

Just by being a part of their day and sharing time with them because you care.I'm joining in at a friends 84th birthday celebration and hopefully it will tell them that they are loved even if they are old and unwanted by others who think the "elderly" are pitiful and unneeded........

be a good friend...
or give away a lot of money...
or maybe send a full-paid prostitute to a nerd's home...
good question but too many answers. it's depends on how people understand the meaning of "blessing"...
