66F is too cold for the beach (for laying out in a bathing suit, at least) because, even though the temp might be 66F, there will also be a breeze coming off the ocean. So, that will make the 66F feel even cooler than it actually is.

It's getting down to 66 in the mornings. It warms up really quick. 90 degree's today. Was 61 this morning. Great beach weather. Enjoy!

yes that is very cold for the beach, unless you are from a clod climate area. Tha w ater might be warm but getting out while wet with the wind blowin will be cold.
