Delhomme for sure.
With Steve Smith back, Carolina's entire offense is clicking. When he was out, Carolina didn't have anyone to really strecth the field (Keyshawn has NEVER been accused of being fast, even in his NY days) so defenses were able to cheat to stop the run, and without the run established play-action didn't work well, either. So their whole offense was stagnant, which entirely changes just having him on the field. He's such a threat that he opens up opportunities for everyone else, because defenses have to account for him.
New Orleans allowed 30+ points in weeks 1-2, and coming off their emotional home-opener victory over the offensively limited Falcons, will probably have a big letdown this week.
Besides, Grossman's big numbers were posted against bad teams. I'll not that big of a believer yet.

You must pay close attention to their opponents. Rex Grossman is playing against the Seahawks, which has a very good defense. A defense that knows how to take the ball away. But the Bears defense (2nd NFL) will put Grossman in great position today.
Jake Delhomme is playing against the Saints! The Saints are playing on high emotions right now and are very unpredictable. They have nothing to loose but everything to gain.
Go with Rex Grossman, home field advantage gives him a better chance of performance.

i would go with delhomme this week. last week eli manning had a lot of trouble against seattle's secondary, and i think that grossman will have some of the same problems this week. delhomme has his best weapon back and the panthers are charged up and ready to win with steve smith back on the field for them. definately go with delhomme
