My guess would be your pubic bone and ligaments cracking from the pressure of the baby squirming around. I know after having children a lot of women complain about their pubic bone snapping or 'clicking' whenever they sneeze or do stuff like that.

Your baby is just moving around and he is poking his body parts into your water.. and than ur water is hitting your skin.. Your water will brake after awhile of the baby doing this.. it's nothing major..
