Sounds like content filtering through something like ISA Server is being used. If that is the case you will have to get with campus IT staff and have them put in an exception to that site. The only way around this is to use an outside ISP. Sorry.

no way in my college campus orkut is blocked.i tried many times ,atlast i get into the loin window of orkut by using online proxies.But i cant enter

umm its not a gud suggestion. but to keep in touch wid friends , make another account in some other website. (try hi5.com - its good ) n ask ur friends to add u in it. n if u really wanna b in touch , then bunk ur college n get to some nearby cafe n access orkut whenever u can;) .
