Do the people who impersonate well known people like celebrities or political figures really have such a pitiful life that they feel the need to be someone else? Do they hate their own lives so much that they don't want to be themselves? Do they wish they were as well known as the person they select to impersonate? Or is it just easier for them to take on the ideology of someone else rather than try to think for themselves and come up with their own ideas and opinions?

I think you are being far too harsh. Some people here use this board as an outlet for plan old fun...nothing heavy, nothing serious...just outrageous..sort of a camping on the Internet. I don't have to add that compared to the vile ramblings of some here, this sort of stuff is not only harmless, but is refreshing in its silliness. I do not think it is any kind of personal statement, it is just silly fun and play...no big deal. I think you may be taken it in the wrong vein as intended...no one is trying to fool anyone, it is more than obvious that it is play. And at times is meant to crowd out a few bashers here who try to monopolize the board.
Unfortunately, both this type of entry AND bashers crowd out the reason for this board...perhaps past its prime. Please consider lightening up on this person and taking it for what it is... play that probably belongs on a chat board, but in reality, this site has become a chat site... In its time, all the major questions have been asked 100's of times, well answered...all one has to do is input the question into the search engine and 100's of answers pop up. At this point, we get very few genuine questions of value. But we do get barraged by a few bashers in many incarnations. good luck and peace.

Well that depends on who you are talking about. If it is Kathy Grifin, and Dr. Phil and all of those, then Yes they are.

However if you are referring to Drag Queens and Kings; No, Drag Queens and Kings can make quite a living dressin up as celebs. It is a skill that has to be polished and practiced in order to be any good. I mean, not only do they have to look like Cher, for example, they have to get the movements and mannerisms down too. They enjoy what they do, and so do I. I don't see why you or anyone else should have a problem with it.

surely it relies upon on what they are doing. making use of somebody's pictures and their own information, is a federal offense and you'd be arrested/imprisoned for doing so. in simple terms making use of somebody's photograph isn't a criminal offense, because of the fact "as quickly because it rather is on the information superhighway, it rather is accessible to/for each individual." (until eventually the image is copyrighted). it isn't any doubt one among the main considerable cons of posting your photograph... and why it took see you later for me to even evaluate it. Edit: What countless the persons indexed right here are doing, isn't impersonating because of the fact maximum of them have not got the guy's information (consequently they are able to smash out with it, no difficulty). they are in simple terms attempting to make the guy seem undesirable, and as long they shop each and everything at a definite point they are able to't be prosecuted.

I see it as a pathetic cry for attention. If they want to Play, go to a chatroom or playground, this is neither the place nor the time to act out.

no , not really , they do it for the laughs . they are as normal as the rest of the people on here. if you look at the regulars answers you see that they go to other sections and give demeaning answers.

if people like yourself did not complain so much , they would not find it so amusing.
